General Manager

The next chapter in the history of Fjellheisen is now being written. Do you want to lead it?

Our current General Manager will eventually be retiring, and we are now seeking his successor. As the new General Manager, you will benefit from a comprehensive handover period, giving you the opportunity to become thoroughly familiar with the business, the organization, and operations alongside the current manager. You will then take the helm and assume responsibility for leading Fjellheisen into an exciting new chapter. You will be handed the keys to a brand-new facility, take charge of 100–150 employees from around the world, and lead a profitable company with a strong brand and solid backing from its owners.

Operations Manager – bygg og teknisk drift

Do you want to help lay the foundation for the safe and efficient operation of the new Fjellheisen facility?

We are seeking a hands-on Operations Manager with strong technical expertise to play a key role in the establishment and operation of our new building at Fjellheisen.The new Fjellheisen facility is scheduled for completion on May 1, 2027.

We aim to have the Operations Manager in place well before the opening, allowing you to oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of the technical systems. This offers a unique opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of the building and contribute to a smooth transition from the construction phase to regular operations.

Do you want to be the new face of Fjellheisen?
We are seeking a welcoming and solution-oriented receptionist for a permanent, full-time position at the Fjellheisen service desk. Here, you will meet guests from all over the world and help ensure their visit gets off to the best possible start.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, likes a varied workday, and keeps a clear overview even when things get busy.

Executive kjøkkensjef

In May 2027, the new Fjellheisen will open—one of Norway’s most spectacular dining and social venues.

We are now seeking a leader to build this culinary venture from the ground up. The spectacular 3,000-square-meter building will house a restaurant, cocktail bar, café, and flexible meeting and event spaces, as well as open communal areas offering stunning views.

We aim to create a venue filled with life, laughter, and great memories. We are therefore looking for an Executive Chef who can put their personal stamp on one of Norway’s most iconic destinations.
